    Mindful Yoga
    This is a gentle yet challenging practice to energize the body and focus the mind. The poses taught in this class will help you to build strength, flexibility and balance through mindful and playful movement. The poses in the evening class will help prepare you for a good night’s sleep.

    Yin Yoga/Restorative
    This class offers a practice that targets the connective tissue and joints of the body. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes and your body will be supported where appropriate to avoid over stressing the joints. With this practice you will discover changes at a very deep level within the body and also an increase in flexibility.
